I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving weekend and are not too full of turkey. Students were sent home with their new spelling lists today. It's another short week which means only 4 days to study. You can find this weeks list HERE. Also, I wanted to share with your our latest art project. Our art projects this term will all be inspired by famous artists or artwork. This time around, the students learned about Edvard Munch and what may have inspired his most famous painting; The Scream. Poor Edvard Munch lived a very sad life and was not a very happy man, which may have led him to creating The Scream. We decided to do our own version of the scream where we were inspired by the swirling, abstract background but used photos of ourselves screaming. Check them out HERE. Have a great week.
